This is an Earthworks Journals one of a kind (OOAK) leather journal. We've made this A5 leather journal in the same style as our A5 Plain Classic journals, but we've had fun with the hand-distressing! We've gone for the look of an old school satchel, complete with 'ink stains' and 'water marks'. It may look as though it's had a hard life but it is, of course, as tough as our regular journals and the pages inside are still our usual recycled plain paper.
With its versatile size it's a great journal to either keep at home or carry around in your bag. It makes a great travel journal or personal diary.

It holds approximately 250 pages (500 sides) of A5 sized, unlined paper.
We bind the pages by hand using a strong waxed cord. No glue is used, so the spine of the book cannot be broken, our binding is strong and permanent.
P a p e r
Our paper is 100% recycled and is a natural, off-white, oatmeal colour. It has a matt appearance and a slight texture. It takes most fountain pens without 'bleeding' and has a weight of 80gsm.
It is acid-free archival quality, which is great if you're planning on leaving your words for future generations!
