Shipping Times
We make each journal and binder to order and yours will be completed and shipped on the date displayed in the footer at the bottom of the page. Whatever the shipping date says when you place your order is the exact day your item will be shipped.
Shipping Methods
We ship all of our items by Royal Mail using a trackable method where possible.
All shipping prices are calculated according to the weight of your item, which means that combined shipping prices will be automatically calculated at checkout.
For large orders, please contact us for the most efficient and cost effective shipping method.
Shipping taxes and duties
When our items are shipped outside of the UK they may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by your country. There may not be any charge, each country has different rules on this. If there are any charges then they will typically be due on delivery of your goods. The fees go directly to the government of your country and we do not include them in our prices.
