Returns & Cancellations
Almost every single one of our orders is problem free but if you are at all worried about what happens if there is a problem then please have a read through these policies:
As we make each item to order we will only accept a cancellation of an order within 7 days of the order being placed and/or if we have not yet begun work on the order.
FAULTY, DAMAGED OR LOST
We will give a full refund, including return postage costs where necessary, on any item if it is faulty, damaged or lost in the post. Please retain all original packaging and contact us as soon as possible.
If you believe your item is lost in the post then please give it time to arrive, Royal Mail does not consider an item to be lost until 15 business days after the expected delivery date. A refund will be made after this time.
We cannot be held responsible for any consequential loss if an item is lost, damaged or delayed in the post.
Incorrect postal addresses given by the customer or failure of the customer to collect their parcel from their local collection office will not be considered grounds for refund.
As each item is custom made to order we are not obliged to accept remorse returns.
We try to describe each item fully both in the description and in the photographs. If you have any particular requirements or questions about the item then please get in touch before ordering to make sure you receive what you are expecting.
As we're a small company and we put a great amount of care and time into making each item we hope you can understand why we do not offer remorse returns.
In no case shall Earthworks Journals be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages (including negligence), arising from your use of any products procured from Earthworks Journals.
Earthworks Journals shall not be liable for any damage that occurs to any products procured from Earthworks Journals. This includes, but is not limited to, loss or theft of the product, accidental damage, damage occurring from incorrect cleaning, maintenance, storage or use of the product, damage occurring from any attempts made to alter the appearance or function of the product.
