This is an Earthworks Journals one of a kind (OOAK) leather journal. We've made this A5 leather journal from a characterful piece of full grain leather which has beautiful natural marks and scars. It has been hand dyed to give an aged and mottled appearance.
Mjölnir is the hammer of the Norse God of thunder, Thor. Our hand tooled design is based on the ancient amulet of the legendary hammer found in Skåne, Sweden.
With its versatile size it's a great journal to either keep at home or carry with you, so it's perfect as an everyday journal or as a Grimoire / Book of Shadows.

It holds approximately 250 pages (500 sides) of A5 sized, unlined paper.
We bind the pages by hand using a strong waxed cord. No glue is used, so the spine of the book cannot be broken, our binding is strong and permanent.
P a p e r
Our paper is 100% recycled and is a natural, off-white, oatmeal colour. It has a matt appearance and a slight texture. It takes most fountain pens without 'bleeding' and has a weight of 80gsm.
It is acid-free archival quality, which is great if you're planning on leaving your words for future generations!

We can personalise this journal for you by printing a name, initials, date, inscription, or any other text that you can think of on the first paper page inside, this is free of charge.
